The protagonist is a tiny little bird caricature creature named "Punpun" living in a realistic world setting. It looks silly at first, and at times it is innocent, charming, and funny, but at the same time it's really sad and depressing. It's very Psychological and deals with life problems many people can possibly relate to, thought's and feelings we have, questions of life we ask ourselves, uncertainty of our futures and who we will be then.

The issues of Humanity, Society, Love, & Family.

I read through the first 4 Volumes in an entire night, staying up till 5AM, until my body was forcing me to sleep, because it was just that good. It was nice to read after a day of emotional stress and feeling like shit, Prior to spending the evening with a great friend.

The next morning my mom rescued a little injured dove from a cat, and now were keeping it as a pet. It was a strange Coincidence, and it cheered me up, and that is the reason I named the Dove Punpun.
